I am a Psychotherapist and UKCP accredited Supervisor, who has worked for almost 20 years as psychological practitioner and leader, designing and overseeing award-winning teams, and helping organisations thrive.
I cut my teeth working at the most challenges edges of wellbeing and leadership. By working on the ground with people in crisis, and leading the teams that support them, I learned quickly how to
Ø translate complex psychological techniques into easy, relatable, practicable tools to boost wellbeing, creativity and productivity
Ø enable non-psychologically trained teams and leaders to use psychological principles and practices to navigate even the most complex relationships successfully.
Now, I use that knowledge to bring clinical, evidence-based psychological tools out of the clinic and into the workplace, fostering high performance in even the trickiest circumstances.
These are the tools that help leaders:
Ø keep their best people performing and thriving, and reduce sickness, burnout and staff turnover
Ø handle difficult conversations in a way that actually grows relationships and performance
Ø notice signs of stress early so we can use them as cues to grow our wellbeing and improve the efficiency of ourselves and our teams.
Ø Embed innovation as business as usual, keeping organisations at the cutting edge of creativity
When you reach out, I’ll always work with you to bespoke each session to your needs.
I am Clinical and Care Professional Lead for Workforce Innovation for Southeast London Integrated Care Board, where I am working to embed innovation while reducing inequalities, for example, campaigning for a Living Wage for all Londoners and raising awareness of the impact of poverty wages on social outcomes.
I am equally at home in strategic spaces, community engagement, and facilitating sessions with people who use or buy services. I love building relationships, and bring a huge sense of joy, fun and enjoyment to delivering excellence, so that everyone wants to be involved!
